Please note that during this holiday period, we will not be available for reception or to respond to inquiries.
And Please make reservations for Guided Kabata tours at least one month( not one week ) in advance of the desired date of the tour to allow us to arrange a tour guide. Thanks.

Please note that for the afternoon of Saturday, November 8th, the number of customers has reached the maximum capacity for our guides. Therefore, we will no longer accept reservations for this date.

今年は梅雨入りと同時に猛暑が訪れ、体調管理が重要になってきました。
この夏もまた高温が予想されており、訪問者と迎える側の両方に負担が増えることが予想されます。

午前10時からの見学を推奨: ご来訪の皆様には、午前10時からのかばた見学をお勧めします。午後2時からの見学を申し込まれている方も、時間帯変更を検討していただけると幸いです。この変更による手数料は発生しません。ガイドの都合で調整をお願いする場合があります。

暑さ対策のお願い: 帽子、サングラス、日焼け止めなどの暑さ対策をお願いします。
針江生水の郷委員会では、麦わら帽子を無料で貸し出していますので、必要な方はお気軽にお申し付けください。

This year, with the onset of the Tsuyu(梅雨) and the simultaneous onset of a heat wave, it is important for you to take care of yourself.
With high temperatures expected again this summer, we anticipate an increased strain on both our visitors and our hosts.

We encourage visitors to tour the kabata starting at 10:00 a.m.:

Heat Protection Request:
You can request us to wear a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, etc. to protect yourself from the heat.
The Harie Shouzu no Kai Committee offers straw hats for rent free of charge, so please feel free to ask if you need one.
